Christmas Fayre Menu 2023 running from 21st November to 30th December. Bookings are recommended for large parties, walk-ins are accepted.

Starters

Creamed carrot, parsnip and bacon dust soup served with warm bread roll (GFA/VA)

Pan-fried scallops, black pudding, pea puree and crispy pancetta (£4 supp)

Grilled asparagus, crunchy filo pastry, feta cheese, red pesto drizzle (V)

Duck and orange pate, apple and walnut chutney with melba toast

Main Courses

Roast turkey, pigs in blankets, walnut and cranberry stuffing, giant yorkshire pudding, served with all the trimmings (GFA)

Braised shoulder of pork, stout gravy, sautéed leek mashed potato, green top carrots (GFA)

Supreme of chicken, mushrooms, saffron mash, tarragon and mustard sauce, tenderstem broccoli

Goats cheese, creamed spinach and red onion tart, grilled asparagus, green pesto (V)

Steak Au Poivre - peppercorn crusted rib-eye steak, roasted garlic and rosemary red potatoes, grilled asparagus, pink peppercorn butter (£3 supp)
